Natalie has been teaching Pilates for a decade. She was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 while rehabilitating a back injury performing in the national tour of "Evita." Being so inspired by the results, Natalie certified to teach the original "Method" though the esteemed training program Power Pilates in New York City. Natalie's teaching style is integrative and energetic, instilling self-confidence. She enjoys and is certified to teach a diverse clientele including Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Pilates for the Senior Population, Pilates for the Performing Artist and Hatha Yoga. In NYC, she coordinates the Pilates programs at the Harvard Club of NY and Google, and travels to clients in-home and in-office. With a passion for travel and spreading the immeasurable benefits of Pilates, she loves guest teaching aboard the luxurious Crystal Cruises and has sailed several years around the world. Natalie has also been a fitness model for video content including Leaders In Fitness and J.B. Bernes. Natalie believes once you make a consistent commitment to Pilates, you will begin to see tremendous change in your body and mind, that can be carried out of the studio as well. Movement heals!
